Audrey Talley-Rostov MD

Audrey R. Talley Rostov, MD, is a partner at Northwest Eye Surgeons. She joined the practice in 1995 and has extensive experience with femtosecond laser cataract surgery and presbyopic correcting IOLs, cornea transplant techniques including DSEK, DMEK and DALK,and performs refractive surgery including SMILE, LASIK, ICLs refractive lens exchange and PRK. She is currently an investigator with clinical trials for collagen crosslinking for keratoconus, Presbyopic IOLs, new options for presbyopia treatment , the ZEDS study (Zoster NIH clinical trial) and does clinical research on femtosecond laser keratoplasty techniques. She was the first surgeon to perform and teach femtosecond laser keratoplasty in New Delhi, India and is the first surgeon to perform the SMILE refractive surgery technique in the Northwest. Dr. Talley Rostov is global medical liaison and on the medical advisory board of SightLife, a global health organization whose mission is to cure corneal blindness worldwide has helped create an international corneal fellowship for Ethiopian surgeons with Himalayan Cataract Project. Dr. Talley Rostov serves on several AAO, AECOS and ASCRS committees, is a section editor for complex cataract case management for Cataract and Refractive Surgery Today (CRST) and Ocular Surgery News (OSN) and is on the editorial review boards for AJO, JCRS, and JRS. She currently serves as President of the prestigious Cedars/Aspens Society of anterior segment surgeons. A frequent speaker and course instructor nationally and internationally, she has helped create a curriculum for teaching endothelial keratoplasty in under-resourced countries. She enjoys snowboarding, swimming, running, cycling and spending time with her family. Dr. Talley Rostov is a SightLife global partner (www.sightlife.org).
